The gearbox of a parallel twin-screw extruder is a crucial component, and its structural design directly affects the normal operation of the entire machine system. Due to the fact that the parallel twin-screw extruder gearbox relies on the high thrust of the output shaft for rubber mixing, the center distance between the two screws is relatively small, and the output structure requires high rotational accuracy, the design and processing of this product are difficult. The design of parallel twin-screw extruder gearboxes in the domestic market is mostly based on foreign technology introduced in the 1990s. Due to differences in materials and production processes, there are generally defects such as low power, low reliability, high noise, and poor sealing performance.
