H series high-efficiency single screw extruders adopt the optimized configuration of “
” brand, Using optimized design of high efficient screw length-diameter ratio 36:1 ，40:1 or 33:1 and matching slotting barrel and the spiral groove feeding section with temperature control system can fully reflect the high cost performance and achieve remarkable energy saving and consumption reduction through optimization of structure and configuration. The self-developed modular computer control system can realize the automatic online control of the whole machine, ensuring that it can adapt to the high speed, high efficiency, low consumption and stable extrusion of various polyolefine pipes.
